Homeless man is stabbed when charging payment for work done in Rio Branco

The homeless resident, identified as Railon Muniz da Silva, was injured with a knife blow to the neck on Friday night (25), Rui Barbosa Street, in the Papouco neighborhood of Rio Branco. In the early afternoon of Saturday (26), he asked for help from the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu).

According to witnesses, Railon had cleaned a well to a resident of the region and, when charging the amount of R $ 36.00 for the service, there was a discussion. The attacker, armed with a knife, struck a blow that hit Railon’s neck. Even wounded, he managed to leave the scene. Already on Saturday afternoon, the victim asked residents, who triggered Samu.

An advanced support ambulance was sent, and the paramedics provided first aid, forwarding Railon, in a stable health, to the FRANCO SILVA Emergency Care Unit (UPA), in Baixada da Sobral.

The Military Police moved to the UPA and recorded the occurrence.
