The Minister of Entrepreneurship, (), launched on Saturday (26), at the convention of his party in, as a pre-candidate for the State Government in next year’s elections and made a series of attacks on the governor (), whom he compared to villain Maria de Fátima, “Vale Tudo”,.
“Real pre-candidate, you have a period that is from next year. But the desire to compete in the election I have. I already communicated it internally to everyone in the party,” he said.
In his speech, France associated Tarcisio with pockets and highlighted their allies for attempted coup and attacks on democracy. With a series of indirects and an analogy to the soap opera, he criticized the governor for trying to distance himself from the group.
“Here to Sao Paulo, we have a snake egg today being gestated, prepared,” he said. “Bolsonaro, with all the defects, is authentic, is an authentic crazy. Everything he thinks, he says. It’s better than fake people,” he said.

The minister was deputy governor during the management of (PSB) and took over the state in 2018, when the ally resigned to run for presidency. He was one of the articulators, alongside the Minister of Finance, (), of the alliance that united (PT) and Alckmin, ancient rivals, against () in 2022.
Alckmin, who occupies the presidency of the Republic on Saturday, in front of Lula’s trip to Pope Francis’ funeral, participated in the convention, but did not speak to the press. He also highlighted the attacks on democracy associated with pockets.

France said he has already talked about the candidacy with Haddad and that his colleague said he had no interest in running again for the Bandeirantes Palace – he was defeated by Tarcisio. The leader of the petista bench at Alesp, Antonio Donato, was at the event and gave a speech of exaltation to the partnership between the two parties.
The PSB convention took place at Alesp’s plenary, which was full, and elected state deputy Caio França, son of the minister, as state president.
Caio, 36, was elected by acclamation within a project of “rejuvenation” of the acronym: the party is chaired in the state capital by, 31, and is expected to be chaired at the national level by the Mayor of Recife, also 31, in a convention that will take place in the coming weeks.

France was mayor of São Vicente, in Baixada Santista, and held a series of positions in PSDB state management until he was Geraldo Alckmin’s deputy governor between 2015 and 2018.
Asked how he would rival the current governor, France made no reference to the antagonism between “coup” and “democrats” exploited in public discourse. He said he would face Tarcisio with “the legitimacy of São Paulo”, in indirect mention to the fact that Tarcisio was born in.
“You know Sao Paulo, being from Sao Paulo, love Sao Paulo, know what MMDC means – that is absurd for a governor to have difficulty understanding it.
