Laheq is the new luxurious resort of Saudi Arabia, which will focus on a large ring -shaped structure to host hotels and luxury houses. It will be over the fourth largest reef barrier in the world.

So -called LaheqThe project will focus around an artificial ring on a luxurious island. According to New Atlas, this work will be carried out by the British company Foster+Partnerswhich will also be responsible for the construction of a skyscrapers with one kilometer tall in that country.
The project will be located on the island of Laheq (hence the name), to the west of the country, and is part of a 90 islands archipelago.
As the Red Sea Global detailed, the island will measure 400 hectares and will be centered around the “ring”, which will be an artificial structure of 800 meters in the water that will welcome LUXURY APARTMENTS AND HOTELS. Some of the houses will also be available for purchase. Others will only be used as vacation rentals.
The island resort will have a market, commercial spaces, entertainment areas, a golf course and a 115 anchorage marina. Laheq is expected to be completed in 2028.
