You have no idea what coffee cake to make for the weekend? Bet on Simple cold-chocolate cheesecake. You will make the mass with connectedAnd cream cheese, vanilla and mascarpon homogenized cheesee. Be sure to add vanilla paste or grains hollowed out of the vanilla pod, the dessert will have a unique taste. The bottom is only butter and crushed chocolate cookies, while you will make a coating of chocolate dissolved in a water bath. You can decorate the top with almond flakes.
Before you start preparing the dough, get the right form. Works well A cake tin with a diameter of 21 cm.
Ingredients for the bottom:
- 200 g of biscuits or fragile chocolate cakes,
- 80 g of butter.
Ingredients for mass:
- 500 g mascarpone,
- 400 g of natural cream cheese,
- 250 g homogenized cheese, e.g. vanilla,
- 20 g of powdered sugar,
- 4 teaspoons of gelatin,
- a bit of vanilla paste or vanilla aroma,
- 120 ml of water.
Additionally:
- 100 g of dessert chocolate,
- A handful of almonds to sprinkle.
Prepare the bottom for a simple cold cheesecake. Dram chocolate cookies so that their consistency is loose. Melt the butter in a saucepan and combine both ingredients. Prepare a cake tin with a diameter of approx. 21 cm. Put the bottom with a cookie mass and set aside in the fridge.
Now make a mass. Heat the water to make it boiling. Melt gelatin in it, mix thoroughly. Set aside to swell.
Mascarpone Supply to the bowl and mix it with powdered sugar. Add natural and homogenised cheese, and vanilla aroma. Combine the ingredients so that there are no lumps. Pour gelatin, mix everything with a mixer. Pull the bottom of the dough out of the fridge and put the cheesecake mass.
Melt dessert chocolate in a water bath. Pour it on top of the cheesecake mass. Sprinkle with almonds. Put the simple cold cheesecake in the fridge and leave it for a few hours to make the whole concentrate well.
