In the presence of foreign delegations on Saturday at St. Peter in the Vatican was held a funeral mass for Pope Francis. The funeral ceremonies were led by the Dean of the College of Cardinals Giovanni Battista re.
Thousands of believers came to the square of St. Petra since Saturday’s early morning hours. Francis is the first pope after more than 100 years, who were not in the Basilica of St. Peter. Indeed, he chose the Basilica of the Virgin Mary larger as his last resting place, where the funeral procession with his coffin had moved after the ceremonies.
People from all over the world and thus we in Slovakia watched this sad yet festive event through television income and social networks. While watching the last farewell to the social network, he put on to Prime Minister Robert Fico. “I watch the last farewell to Pope Francis. So I thought about the fact that in two weeks Fico worship the army that murdered children beyond our borders and realized the brutal gap between the two worlds“wrote the singer in his instagram account.
Petraník hinted for the participation of Prime Minister Fico at a military parade 9th May in Moscow on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II.
