Totvs () announced on Friday that it signed with the Stoneco (BDR: STOC31) an exclusive agreement to deal with the acquisition of the Linx software producer, according to a relevant fact for the market.
“The parties have discretion to proceed or not with the transaction whose conclusion will be subject to the signature of the definitive contracts and the applicable legal and regulatory approvals,” Totvs said in the document sent to the market, without giving details that include the size of the negotiation period with Stone.
