Ed Martin, the Interim Prosecutor in Washington, wrote a letter to the Wikimedia Foundation, which questions its status as a non-profit organization. Among other things, he accuses the organization behind Wikipedia to spread foreign propaganda in the United States. The procedure of the extremely controversial politician is unusual because such investigations are actually subject to the “Internal Revenue Service” (IRS).
