Cardiologist denied the myth: Can the heart suddenly stop for no reason?

Heart disease can progress without symptoms and result in death. It is worth knowing whether a really healthy person can stop the heart for no apparent reason.

Can the heart stop for no reason?

There are times when a young man calmly walked down the street and suddenly he had a heart stopped, he fell and died.

According to the doctor, in fact, the heart does not stop anyway for no obvious reason – “because it’s tired and it’s time to stop.”

There are always causes, and they can be hidden, that is, the person does not complain, has no symptoms, but the disease is and progresses. This results in a sudden heart stop.

Sudden heart stops can be caused by many causes such as myocardial infarction, cardiac arrhythmias, congenital heart failure or even severe stress.

All of these diseases may be in the human body for a long time, but no symptoms.

That is why it is important to regularly check your blood pressure, and your blood sugar levels until no one is tired.

“It is always easier to prevent the disease than to treat it,” the cardiologist added.

Your doctor advises you to carry out a cardiological check once a year and make sure your heart is healthy.
