Ludwig’s coalition options are just comfortable

As comfortable as he wanted, the choice for Michael Ludwig could actually end. The old and future mayor of Vienna could have three coalition options at the end of the electoral card counting: his previous (and future desired) partner Neos, the ÖVP or the Greens.
