My family's favorite weekend dinner. The secret is in marinade

This is a great recipe especially when you are looking for a simple, quick idea for dinner. Just prepare a herb marinade and that’s all – this chicken always succeeds.

  • 600 g of sticks or chicken legs,
  • 2 tablespoons of oil,
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard,
  • 1 tablespoon of horseradish mustard,
  • 1 teaspoon of honey,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • half a teaspoon of dried rosemary,
  • half a teaspoon of thyme,
  • half a teaspoon of marjoram,
  • half a teaspoon of dried parsley,
  • half a teaspoon of sweet ground pepper,
  • a little lovage (optional),
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, horseradish mustard and honey. Garlic squeeze through the press and add to the marinade. Pour all spices: rosemary, thyme, marjoram, parsley, ground paprika and optionally lovage. Popieprz. Mix thoroughly.

Rub the chicken on each side with salt. Cook them thoroughly in the spices. Cover and put in the fridge for about 40 minutes.

Heat the oven to 190 ° C (up-down heating). Transfer the chicken in herbal marinade into a baking sleeve, close on both sides and place on a baking tray. You can pour some more oil, but it is not necessary. Just at the ends, make a small cut with a sharp knife.

Bake for 40-50 minutes, then cut the sleeve and bake for another 10-15 minutes so that the skin browned.
