With the start of the current seventh season of the British series Black Mirror I became aware of how relevant and eye -opening this series can be in its best moments. It is not only dystopic science fiction, but also a merciless mirror of our technological presence and therefore an excellent door opener for ethical thinking about AI in the classroom. In this edition of my blog, I therefore present my personal top five Black Mirror-Consequences that revolve around AI and tell how and why they are suitable for English lessons in terms of content, linguistic and ethically.
