PMWEB, a Brazilian marketing and CRM technology company, is expanding its operations to Europe, from a regional hub that will be installed in Portugal. Grazi Sbardelotto, partner and vice president of the company, will lead the initiative, announced on Monday (28) during the Web Summit Rio 2025.

The choice of Portugal as the basis for European operations was due to the geographical and cultural alignment of the country, according to the company. The goal is to establish partnerships with local and global players – including the WPP ecosystem, the world’s largest publicity conglomerate, of which PMWEB is part.

The company already has global customers, including Sephora, Burger King, Shell and General Motors, and also maintain partnerships with other companies, such as Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, Moengage, Emarsys and Oracle.
