In two years of term, Acre has not yet received the visit of President Lula

With two years and almost five months in office, Lula has not yet set foot in Acre. The state is part of the list of three federation units that never received the petista’s visit in the current term.

They have not had the presence of the president, besides Acre, Rondônia and Tocantins. In recent weeks he was expected to go to Porto Velho, but was unmarked, as he should participate in Pope Francis’ funeral in the Vatican.

Facing low popularity, according to recent surveys, Lula has expanded the number of national trips to “being on the street” communicating government actions.

But a date has not yet been set for the petista to be on Acre soil, or rescheduled a new agenda for a visit in the neighboring state, Rondônia.
