When the red-red-green city government was praised on May 4, 2024, there was a spirit of optimism. With the new left majority, projects were suddenly possible, which had previously failed primarily due to the ÖVP and its previous mayor Harald Preuner. After a year in office, the new government has processed a few points from its work program, especially those who can be implemented quickly and arrive directly with humans. So far, however, the big throws have failed to materialize.
