This is what shows a minutes of a meeting between the National Social Security Council of June 2023 with representatives of the National Union of Retirees, Pensioners and the Elderly (Sindnapi). The entity’s representative, Tonia Galleti would have led to the problem to the minister, who took more than a year to take action, as reported by TV Globo.
Galleti had requested the inclusion of the theme on the agenda of that meeting, but the request was not approved because the themes had already been defined in advance. Given this, she would have reinforced the discussion to be included in the next meeting.
The case is being investigated by the Union Comptroller General with the Federal Police, in an operation started last Wednesday (23), which foresees a break of $ 6.3 billion. The episode led to the resignation of INSS President Alessandro Stefanutto, last Wednesday.

On Friday, the INSS released a list of entities being investigated by the Union Comptroller General (CGU). The following entities are among the investigated: Contag; Sindnapi; Ambec; CONAFER; AAPB; Aapps Universe; Unaspub; APDAP PREV (old host); ABCB/Amar Brasil; CAAP, and AAPEN (old ABSP).
