It can destroy the outflow and even the entire installation. Hot oil creates congestion in the pipes and destroys plastic parts.
Regular cleaning of the sink will make it not only shine, but also reduce the risk of ugly smells in the flow. For cleaning the walls and the bottom of the sink, a regular dishwasher tablet will work great. Pour a small amount of warm water into the sink and put 1 capsule into the dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets contain delicate detergents, as well as rinseers, which will not only remove all kinds of dirt, but also make the sink surface shiny. You can use baking soda for outflow care. Pour 1/2 cup baking soda and pour it with warm water. Baking soda will dissolve the residual dirt and remove ugly smells from the drain.
