To prepare this delicious cheesecake, you need a few basic ingredients. Of course, strawberries play the main role – the favorite summer fruit of most people.
Cheesecake with strawberry foam It is very delicate and light as a cloud, it certainly won’t end with one piece.
Ingredients for the bottom:
- 180 g butter biscuits,
- 60 g of butter.
Cheese layer:
- 800 g of homogenised vanilla cheese,
- 2 transparent jellies,
- 400 ml of boiling water.
Strawberry layer:
- 250 g of strawberries,
- 1 strawberry jelly,
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
- 400 ml cream of cream 36%,
- 200 ml of water.
Crush biscuits as fine as possible. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Combine with cookies, creating a mass on the bottom of the cake tin. Put the mold with baking paper, and then put out the cookies with butter. Press thoroughly at the sides. Put the form in the fridge while preparing the remaining layers.
Prepare a cheese layer. Boil water, pour the jelly content of it and mix until completely dissolved. Place homogenized cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Stir. Now add a chilled but still liquid jelly. Mix with a whisk to combine the ingredients. The mass should be liquid. Pour it onto the chilled bottom and put it in the fridge for about 30-40 minutes.
Boil water for the strawberry layer. Pour strawberry jelly with boiling water and mix thoroughly. Set aside to cool. When he begins to solidify, mix washed, dried and cleaned strawberries. Add them to the jelly and stir thoroughly. In a separate dish, beat the cream pulled straight from the fridge. Add powdered sugar to it and mix briefly. Pour the chilled and solidifying jelly with fruit, mix thoroughly. Pull out the cookie bottom with cheese mass and pour out the strawberry mass on it. Place in the fridge again for a few hours.
