Sport will pioneer in a new ticket sales system through WhatsApp. The functionality will be conducted by the team of Recife in partnership with the Brazilian company Imply Tecnologia, from an integration with its Elevenketkets platform. The tests start next month.
Currently, the company is responsible for ticket sales, membership management, facial recognition access control and benefit programs. With the new functionality, ticket purchase can be done entirely by WhatsApp, without having to access other sites or applications.

The project is made possible by Fintech Z.ro Bank, which developed Z.ro Bot, a generative artificial intelligence robot capable of interacting with users on WhatsApp and conducting them during the purchase process. The solution was designed to integrate service to the environment already known by the fans.
The operation will be as follows: the fans of the Pernambuco team starts a conversation in the official number of the club, is attended by a chatbot that identifies the user and presents the available options. Identity validation will be done with CPF recognition and, in specific cases, facial authentication.
The buyer can select the match, the stadium sector and the number of tickets. Payment will be completed in the application itself, with options such as PIX, credit card or balance of the partner program. Upon confirmation, the digital ticket will be sent by WhatsApp.
