“They are sick, they write almost exclusively negative articles against me, no matter how well I do it (…) and they are real enemies of the people,” he said in a post on the Truth Social network.
The US president mainly accuses the Washington Post newspaper, the ABC News television network and the New York Times newspaper, which has published polls in recent days that referring to acceptance rates.

What did the polls show
According to a poll published yesterday by the Washington Post and ABC News, which was conducted in April with the participation of 2,464 people, 39% of participants “approve” how Donald Trump rules, compared to 45% in February.
The study published Friday by the New York Times, with the participation of 913 people, speaks of an acceptance rate of 42%.
Another poll, by the Pew Research Center Institute, published last week, with the participation of 3,589 people, referred to a 40% positive opinion percentage of the president compared to 47% in February. A much worse performance than that of his predecessor, Joe Biden, in April 2021, the corresponding period of his presidency.
NBC News also published an unfavorable US president poll. Having been carried out in April in a sample of 19,682 people over the age of 18, the investigation concludes that over 50%, in particular 55%, condemns Donald Trump’s rule.
