It has anti -inflammatory, cleansing and supporting ones when it comes to immunity or digestion.

So it is a real good closed in a surprising taste. Now there is a good time to prepare it, because Dandelion flowers bloom only for a few weeks, at the turn of April and May. If you prepare this marmalade now, you will be able to enjoy it all year round.

The combination of dandelion and orange for many people seems to be quite surprising. However, this is a simple way to prepare homemade preserves from what nature gave. This is not only a tasty delicacy, but also a healthy product that is worth including in your diet. You need: to prepare homemade marmalade from dandelion:

  • 1 kg of dandelion flakes (without stalks)
  • 500 g of gel sugar for preserves (with pectin and citric acid)
  • 1 l of water
  • Freshly squeezed juice with 1 lemon
  • 3 oranges
  • A spoon of cloves in powder
  • 3 small cinnamon sticks

Preparation method:

Start making homemade marmalade by spreading the collected flowers flat to make any worms come out of them. Then hit the yellow flakes of them. It may take a while, but it is definitely worth the West.

Put the yellow flakes in batches in a pot of water. These will absorb water during heating, but this is how it is to be. Add sugar, cloves and cinnamon sticks. The whole brew for about 15-20 minutes and set aside for 10-12 hours.
