The developer of Rio Grande do Sul Melnick () and Dimas Construções, Santa Catarina’s company, signed a partnership to develop a new high standard project in Florianópolis. The venture will be erected in the Jurerê neighborhood, will have apartments up to 600 square meters and will be a mixed construction. Along with the residential area, a space with up to five thousand square meters for commerce and services is planned. Other details such as number of floors and general sales value (VGV) were not disclosed.
Sales of the venture are scheduled to start in 2027. The project also has a third partner, the developer HSH Empreendimentos, with decades of experience in the Santa Catarina real estate sector. Together, the companies are keeping an eye on four other projects, which are in the study phase, all located in Nob by Santa Catarina neighborhoods.
After decades acting almost exclusively in Rio Grande do Sul, Melnick arrived in Santa Catarina territory last December, with the construction of the Complexo Tempo, in Itajaí, in a partnership with Muze, a high standard local real estate. The project consists of seven residential towers, a luxury hotel from the Emiliano chain and has VGV of $ 2.5 billion.
“We are focused on consolidating our presence in Santa Catarina with large projects, presenting to the public the quality that enshrined Melnick on the very high standard in Rio Grande do Sul,” says Melnick, signed by CEO Leandro Melnick.
In January, the company also announced. To this end, “resumed” with Even (), a company that was once its shareholder, to build a high standard building in Vila Madalena, in the west of the state capital. In this new configuration, Melnick enters as an investor, injecting resources and consulting for the construction of the venture. Real estate development itself will be done by Even.
In Paraná, the company has partnered with Piermonte to build a venture with about R $ 190 million in VGV.
