It turns out that every sausage will be just as tasty and healthy. According to the expert, when choosing a grill sausage, it is worth following two criteria. The first of them concerns the way of preparing sausage. – We must choose the sausage thick or medium crushed. This is the first basic rule. The second is that this sausage is in a natural casing. Avoid sausage, homogenised products and those that are in artificial casings Hermetically packed – said Karolina Kowalczyk. The expert pointed out that the composition itself is very important – the shorter the better.
Interestingly, the food technologist indicated that a good idea for a grill may be quite an unobvious choice. I am talking about white sausage. – A great alternative of smoked pork sausage is the choice of white sausage – either brewed or raw. The raw sausage should be gently brewed before, so that it will be sure that it will be perfect and prepared inside in such a way as not to harm us. In the case of a white sausage, we will not have this problem – the expert from the “Food under the magnifying glass” channel pointed out.
