Causes and consequences of blackout: Could problem have been avoided in Spain?

In this program, we will try to understand the immediate causes of Monday’s blackout in Spain, Portugal and South of France and we will, above all, understand whether or not the national electrical system has serious imbalances, which do not allow to prevent the spread of blackouts from Spain, or internal origin.
