The barbecue season is in full swing and many have already had several doses of sausages, hermelines and burgers. But what if the classic was a little tired? It is then that the right time comes to try something unusual – such as chicken chicken prepared directly on the grill. It may sound unusual, but it is a total delicacy in taste. The meat soaks up the Asian marinade, grilling quickly, and together with crispy vegetables, it creates food that immediately becomes a hit of every garden party.

Although the smell of roasted sausages and hamburgers inherently belong to the summer barbecue, from time to time it will not hurt to experiment a bit. Surprisingly, the chicken on the Chinese method has proven well on the grill – it is light, juicy and full of taste. Moreover, its preparation is not complicated and the result is worth it.

Bet on a great marinade

The basis is a marinade. This should certainly not include soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Someone adds honey or chili, depending on how significant tastes the family likes. Chicken, ideally sliced ​​into noodles, is allowed to rest in this mixture – at least two hours, but even overnight. The longer, the better the tastes are connected.

The meat then needs only a few minutes on the grill. Because it is sliced ​​into smaller pieces, it pulls quickly and remains juicy. It works best when grilling on a cast iron plate or in a grill pan, where vegetables can be added. Onions, peppers, carrots and zucchini will perfectly complement the Chinese atmosphere and make the food full -fledged food.

Unlike classic grill dishes, which are often difficult and fat, chicken China is fresh and easy. He does not detract from satiety or taste. That is why she found her way on more and more grill menus – not only in the gardens, but also in cottages and trips. When it succeeds, it disappears from the plates before the last sausage can cool down.
