Doria may install the payment of debt, in the rules established by Ordinance FISC No. 1/2023. Asked about the debt, João Doria’s staff said he was unaware of the charge so far. According to a note sent to Estadão, the tax is relative to the unification of two land on Italy Street. The advisory states that the process may have generated a “lapse related to the payment of a remaining property tax balance”.
The advisory also says that it is “performing the proper verification with the competent bodies, so that, if applicable, to remedy any pending.” According to informed, the entrepreneur has “several properties in the same region, all with expressive property tax values, which are strictly paid. Our commitment to fiscal regularity remains unchanged.”
