Ukraine had already announced this morning that the agreement should be signed later this Wednesday.
Ukraine and the United States arrived on Wednesday to agree on strategic minerals. The news is being advanced by which states that the agreement grants the United States “privileged access new investment projects to develop Ukraine’s natural resources, including aluminum, graffiti, oil and natural gas.”
“In recognition of the significant financial and material support that the United States people have provided Ukraine’s defense since the large-scale invasion of Russia, this economic partnership positions our two countries to work in collaboration and invest together to ensure that our assets, talents and mutual abilities can accelerate Ukraine’s economic recovery,” reads the United States Treasury Department, quoted by Reuters.
