Beneficiaries who receive up to a minimum wage will be the first to receive; Deposits range from May 26 to June 6
The deposits related to the May 2025 benefit for retirees, pensioners and beneficiaries of INSS (National Institute of Social Security) will start on May 26 and will continue until June 6 for those who receive up to 1 minimum wage, according to the official schedule released by the institute.
Currently, the INSS makes more than 40 million payments per month, of which 28,279,547 are intended for beneficiaries who receive up to 1 minimum wage and 12,365,818 to insured with values above this floor.
Payment dates can be consulted based on the final number of the benefit card, disregarding the check digit that appears after the trace.
The correction of the minimum wage was valid on January 1, positively impacting the amounts paid to INSS retirees and pensioners. However, the insured only received the benefits with the new amount between the end of January and the beginning of February. The payment made at the beginning of the year referred to the competence of December 2024 and, therefore, did not include the readjustment.
