Washington and Kyiv sign raw material agreements

According to the Bloomberg news agency, Washington – The USA and Ukraine have signed an agreement on access to natural resources. US Finance Minister Scott Bessent spoke of a “historical” economic agreement. The contract, which in return for investments, is supposed to secure access to Ukrainian raw materials such as rare earths, had been negotiated for weeks. The US Ministry of Finance also announced an agreement on the establishment of a reconstruction.
