In the article below we will tell you how to make insane cheesecake with pistachios. Such a dessert will taste everyone. You can prepare it for afternoon coffee, or serve it during visits to the guests, they will definitely eat and ask for a recipe.
Before you start baking, prepare the right sheet. It works best A cake tin with a diameter of 26 cm.
Chocolate layer:
- 200 g of butter,
- 200 g cukru,
- 200 g of dark chocolate,
- 3 eggs,
- 140 g of type 450 wheat flour,
- 1 flat teaspoon of baking powder.
Cheese layer:
- 400 g of cream cheese or cottage cheese three times,
- 60 g of powdered sugar,
- 2 tablespoons of pistachio paste,
- 2 eggs,
- 1 cream pudding.
Additionally:
Prepare the brownie layer. Melt the butter in a saucepan along with broken chocolate, stirring until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Set aside to cool down slightly. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar to a light, fluffy mass. Pour the dissolved chocolate with egg butter, mix gently.
Separately, sift wheat flour with baking powder. Add it to previously prepared ingredients and mix only to combine. Pour the mass of brownie to a 26 cm paper lined with paper, level.
Now prepare a cheese layer. Blend cream cheese with sugar and pistachio pistonia. Add eggs and cream pudding powder. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Carefully spread the cheese mass on the chocolate layer. You can with the help of a stick gently mix the dough from the top.
