The Ministry’s Crisis Staff draws attention to the need for strict adherence to the principles of biological protection in all breeds. It recalls that measures to protect against HPAI were set in detail in the order of Minister Czeslaw Siekierský and published on April 26. These measures are intended to prevent further spread of the virus in the country.

At the same time, the resort informed that no cases have been reported in Poland so far. However, he again called on farmers, breeders, processors and producers to strictly adhere to the principles of biological protection.

Given the increased tourist movement during the first weekend of May, which many people have extended, due to the public holiday, the Polish ministry calls for caution to caution to all passengers through Slovakia and Hungary. It appeals to avoid contact with animals outside the territory of Poland and do not import products from areas with the occurrence of clinseed and coffers, which pose a risk to the country’s agricultural security.
