The place originally has air conditioning and bathroom, is larger than the ordinary cells and is in the unit’s administrative corridor.
According to a person who had access to the former president in prison, he was shot down and had a device next to the bed commonly used as part of the sleep apnea treatment.
Although the group’s inspection highlighted by the court considered the arrest conditions of the former president, part of the team had exposed internally divergences for assessing that they were not ideal.
Among the problems was the fact that the space has little ventilation and low brightness, as well as an old bathroom, small and without window.
