Cheese soup with pasta This is an ideal proposition especially when you need a simple but effective recipe. This is a great alternative to classic creams – it is simply delicious and very easy to do.

  • 500 ml of vegetable broth or broth,
  • 125 ml of milk,
  • 2 small melted cheese (preferably cheddar or gouda),
  • 100 ml of dry white wine,
  • 100 g of smoked bacon,
  • 100 g of fine pasta (e.g. Świderka, shells),
  • a pinch of nutmeg,
  • ½ teaspoon of sweet ground pepper,
  • salt and pepper to taste,
  • Spring chives.

Cut the bacon into small cubes and put into a pan without the addition of fat. Fry on medium heat until the fat melts and the bacon will be browned and crunchy. Set aside

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging, strain and set aside.

Chop the chives and put aside for later.

In a pot, boil the broth with milk, then add melted cheese and mix until completely dissolved. Heat on medium heat all the time. Season with salt, pepper, grated nutmeg and sweet pepper. Finally pour the wine and stir well. Boil.

Serve cheese soup with pasta, fried bacon and chopped chives.
