Amazon founder Jeff Bezos will dispel up to 25 million shares of the company, according to a new record of the Securities Commission (SEC).
It said on Friday (02), in its quarterly report presented to the SEC, that its billionaire adopted a negotiation plan “intended to satisfy rule 10b5-1 (C)” in early April to dispose of this amount of actions.
Amazon’s 25 million shares had a value of more than $ 4.7 billion this morning. Last year, he used plan 10b5-1 (C) to sell 75 million shares, raising $ 13.6 billion.
