At the same time, managers have the highest level of conflicts between working and private life. Stress in the workplace is not only affected by directors and top managers, but also ordinary employees regardless of position. This was pointed out by the Confederation of Trade Unions (KOZ) SR.
Artificial intelligence and digitization have significantly influenced the labor market and thus the approach to addressing issues related to the safety and health of employees’ health. “On the one hand, these technologies bring great opportunities for employees and potential benefits to improve the level of safety and health at work (OHS), such as reducing effort at work or protecting a hazardous working environment, but on the other hand they also represent many unexplored risks,” The Director General of the National Labor Inspectorate Alena Zvarová Bašistová said.
