May strawberry cocktail. A delicious dose of vitamins and minerals

Strawberry cocktail It’s a perfect refreshing and cooling drink. It’s a great use of these sweet fruits, including slightly overripe. Together with Kefir they create a delicious combination, but also provide a large amount of vitamins and proteins. It is also a great way to smuggle kefir into a diet. It supports the proper functioning of the intestines.

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 500 g of strawberries + a few pieces for decoration,
  • 500 ml kefiru,
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar or chosen sweetener.

If you avoid consuming white sugar, choose a healthier replacement. You can bet on Honey, or use stevia, xylitol and erythritol. If you want the drink to be even more refreshing, add to it A few mint leaves.

Wash the strawberries and clean the stalks. Cut them into smaller pieces and throw them into a bowl. Blend to a homogeneous mass. Kefir shake and add to strawberries. Blend everything together, stirring well. Love about taste.

Pour strawberry cocktail into glasses. Serve with straws, decorated with halves of fresh strawberries. It tastes best chilled in the fridge for at least an hour.
