Oppositionist parliamentarians to the Lula administration are trying to reverse in court to command the Ministry of Social Security after.
On Saturday, 3, Senator Damares Alves (Republicans-DF) filed a popular action on the Federal Court of the Federal District against the act of President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva who appointed Queiroz on Friday.
