The State Court of Auditors guided the management (Republicans) not to approve a bid of R $ 60.8 million won by the company G&G Brasil Foods for the purchase of pork that will be served in the school lunch.
The company was declared winner in March this year of the Electronic Auction organized by the CISE (Coordination of Infrastructure and School Services),. The result is contested by lawyer Dayane Gasparini Ferreira, who filed complaints to the ECA, the Civil Police and the Public Prosecution Service of.
“It turns out that G&G Brasil Food, on the date of the bidding, was in the list of inidotes to hire with the Public Administration, since January 14, 2025, which prevented their participation,” writes the lawyer in the petition.
She also states that, according to Civil Police investigations, “the company is part of a business group, consisting of façade companies, to defraud bids and obtain improper advantages.”
In analyzing the complaints, the substitute counselor Silvia Monteiro asked, on April 23, that the Tarcisio management would present justifications about the points questioned and not approve the process until the court’s deliberation.
The management did not report if it presented its justifications to the ECA and whether the bidding will be annulled.
In a statement to the column, the State Department of Education reported that the event was not approved and that the bidding process is under the analysis of its legal consultancy.
“At the time of the Electronic Auction, there was no mention of the company in the register of inidnection and suspended companies (CEIs),” says the government.
The panel sought those responsible for the company through telephone and email, but could not locate them. G&G Foods is headquartered in Curitiba, Paraná.
