“Cameras on”: Can the boss force you to do it in meetings?

Hardly any company does without hybrids or online meetings. But again and again there are discrepancies in teams because of these meetings. Because bosses are upset when the laptop cameras remain switched off in rows, often on the grounds “Sorry, my camera is broken”.
