The chief minister of the Secretariat of Institutional Relations, Gleisi Hoffmann, reported to the Supreme Court (STF) the refusal to hold a conciliation hearing with (PL-GO) after the federal deputy compared her to a “GP (call girl)”. The meeting was proposed by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR).

In response to the Supreme, the minister’s lawyers said the “hearing is not one” and the criminal complaint deals with Gleisi’s “” ”.

“In a context that reaches not only their personal dignity, but also their role as a parliamentary and representative of their voters. The nature of offenses, directly directed and in order to tarnish their image and credibility, covers the present case of particular gravity.”

According to the defense, Gayer tried to “humiliate” Gleisi “on his social networks, calling her a call girl (‘GP’), also suggesting the ‘image’ of a ‘Talsal’ between the complainant, his fellow Fedbergh Farias and the president of the Federal Senate, Sen. Davi Alcolumbre. There is no conciliation in view of such an attitude.

Remember the case

The deputy used social networks to publish a video in which President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT) says he has put a “beautiful woman” in the ministry to improve the deal with the National Congress.

According to Gayer, the chief executive “offered Gleisi Hoffmann as a pimp offers his employee in a gang negotiation.”

The parliamentarian also cited colleague Lindbergh Farias (PT-RJ), Gleisi’s boyfriend and author of the criminal complaint sent to the Supreme: “Are you going to accept your boss to offer your wife to Hugo Motta and Alcolumbre as a pimp offers a GP (call girl)?”.

Subsequently, via social networks, Gayer said the comments were intended to.
