This recipe is a certainty when you want to impress guests – Millionaire tart It undoubtedly impresses with its appearance, and the first bite leaves no doubt that we are dealing with a real delicacy.
This is a unique composition, where the mesh the taste of peanut butter penetrates with chocolate. If you make this dessert once, you’ll definitely go back to it. It is perfect.
Bottom:
- 350 g of peanuts,
- 110 g of butter,
- 100 g of wheat flour,
- 2 tablespoons of sugar,
- ½ teaspoon baking powder,
- 1 pinch of salt.
Filling:
- 200 ml cream of cream 36%,
- 100 g of cream cheese,
- 150 g of cream peanut butter,
- 100 g cukru,
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract,
- ½ teaspoon salt.
Icing:
- 250 g of dark chocolate 60%,
- 100 ml of cream 36%,
- 1 A pinch of coarse -grained sea salt or in petals.
Prepare the bottom.
Mix the peanuts in a blender until the consistency of thick sand is obtained.
Melt the butter in a pot and then cool them down. Mix them with nuts, flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Grease a 22 cm tart form with butter or spray preventing adhesion. Thoroughly, make a baking tray with prepared dough.
Insert into the oven set to 180 degrees Celsius and bake them for 9 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool completely.
Prepare the filling.
Beat the cream with a mixer at high speed until it is slightly whipped – it cannot be stiff. Put the whole in the fridge while preparing the remaining ingredients.
In a separate bowl, grate cream cheese until a creamy consistency. Add peanut butter, sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix until completely connecting.
Pour about 1/3 of the whipped cream and beat to combine. Then pour in the remaining cream and mix gently.
Spread the mass on a completely cooled bottom. Align and put in the fridge while preparing the coating.
Prepare the topping.
Put the crushed chocolate in a pot and pour the cream. Heat until all the ingredients are dissolved and combined. Mix until a uniform consistency is obtained.
Stand the coating slightly, and then pour it into the solidified filling. Align and sprinkle with sea salt.
Put the millioner’s tart in the fridge overnight. Serve cold.
