“New” western railway line blocked for 25 days from Monday

St. Pölten/Vienna – After the storm catastrophe from September 2024, the “New” Western Railway route in the Vienna section – St. Pölten with Atzenbrugger and Lainzer Tunnel as well as Tullnerfeld train station, as announced, will once again be closed to repair work and dismantling for 25 days. The traffic is running From Monday (May 12th) to June 5th Again on the “old” connection through the Wienerwald. The travel time into or from the west is thus extended by 30 minutes.
