The Deputy Attorney General of the Republic, Claudia Sampaio Marques, asked on Tuesday (6) that the first class of the Federal Supreme Court accepts the complaint against seven investigated as members of the call. They are accused of crimes of armed criminal organization, attempted coup d’état, violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law, damage qualified to the heritage of the Union and deterioration of listed heritage.
The STF’s analysis focuses on deciding whether the elements presented by the Attorney General’s Office are sufficient to transform those investigated into defendants. If the first class accepts the complaint, the group will be able to formal defendants in the investigation that investigates the coup plan.
