The (Supreme Federal Court) judges on Tuesday (6) the receipt of the complaint against the most diffuse nucleus defined by (Attorney General’s Office) accused of.

The list includes military personnel accused of orchestrating mass attacks against the heads of the coup, as well as members of the call and groups that spread misinformation on the electronic ballot boxes.

The receipt of the complaint is the initial phase of criminal proceedings. At the trial, the ministers of the First Class will assess whether the PGR complaint brings minimal evidence of authorship and materiality against the accused.

If this happens, which is likely, the accused become defendants and respond to a criminal action in the Supreme.

The already received the complaint of PGR against two centers of the coup plot, with total of 14 members. The first, called central core, was composed by the former president and seven other allies, according to the accusation.

The second group had the complaint received on April 22 and had former Bolsonaro government member accused of using their positions to sponsor the attempted coup. In this nucleus are former advisor to presidency Filipe Martins and former director of the PRF (Federal Highway Police) Silvinei Vasques, among others.

The Attorney General of the Republic, says in the complaint that the seven complaints of this most diffuse core “propagated false news about the electoral process and made virtual attacks on institutions and authorities that threatened the group’s interests.”

“Everyone was aware of the larger plan of the organization and effectiveness of their actions to promote social instability and consummation of institutional rupture,” says Gonet.

They are denounced at the nucleus (army expelled captain), (Major of the Army Reserve), (Army Sergeant), (Army Lieutenant Colonel), (Army Colonel), (Federal Police) and (President of the Voting Legal Institute).

PGR’s complaint mentions that the group had three distinct fronts within the criminal organization that sought to give a coup against the election of (PT).

Ailton Barros, a military man expelled from the Army, is accused of promoting virtual attacks against general officers opposed to former President Bolsonaro’s scammer intentions. The main tests against him are in messages found on his cell phone.

In one of them, sent to the Army Commander, General Freire Gomes, Ailton asked the military to “save our Democratic Rule of Law” and take a “attitude of patriot.”

Ailton renamed the messages to former Minister Braga Netto. “My friend, unfortunately I have to say that the guilt for what is happening and will happen is from Gen Freire Gomes. Omission and indecision do not fit a combatant,” replied the general.

Braga Netto also guided the accused to “offer his head [Freire Gomes] to the lions. “Ailton replied,” If FG is really away. Will be properly imploded and will know astral hell. “

The PGR included an Ailton scammer publication on social networks and said the attacks occurred massively.

The second group reported within this core was responsible, according to the PGR, for disclosing false information about the electronic ballot boxes. The misinformation campaign would have the purpose of maintaining the mobilization of pockets in front of the quarters and encouraging the coup d’état.

One of the main names of this group, according to the complaint, is from Major Ângelo Denicoli. The PGR says that he brokered the contact between the pocket groups with the, responsible for publicizing the false thesis that old model electronic ballot boxes had atypical record of votes favorable to Lula.

The main evidence presented against Major is the fact that a folder on Google Drive made available as a fake evidence against the ballot box contained a document with a file authored by the reserve military.

Denicoli’s defense denies that he produced the material and says he would have only downloaded the file and passed on to people close.

They are accused of encouraging attacks on the polls, Colonel Reginaldo Vieira de Abreu, Lieutenant Colonel Guilherme Marques de Almeida and Carlos Cesar Rocha. The latter was responsible for producing the Liberal Party report that raised false hypotheses of fraud at the electronic ballot box.

The third group reported is composed of alleged members of Parallel – a nucleus of employees of the Brazilian Intelligence Agency that would have used state systems to pursue opponents.

Federal police officer Marcelo Bormevet is accused of being one of the leaders of this criminal group. According to the PGR, he indicated who should be the subject of illegal monitoring through the firstmile system.

The Attorney’s Office has evidence that Bormevet still guided her subordinates to start offensive disinformation on social networks, with personal attacks against the group’s targets.

The head of illegal monitoring would be the army sergeant Giancarlo Gomes Rodrigues. The military man was assigned to Abin and was one of the agency members responsible for doing research on the firstmile system.
