The Superior Court of Sports Justice (STJD) suspended, in a preventive manner, on Tuesday (6), the midfielder Miguelitodo America. He was accused by striker Allano, from Worker-PRof racial injury.

“Preventive suspension in this context does not constitute anticipation of penalty, proportional and necessary to preserve morality and credibility of the competition in which the facts developed,” wrote the president of the body, Luís Otávio Veríssimo Teixeira, in his decision.
The measure is for until it is officially judged by the STJD. The rabbit player was denounced by the Attorney General’s Office in article 243-G of the CBJD, which provides for suspension penalty for 10 matches and a fine of R $ 100 thousand reais.

Miguelito was arrested after being charged with Worker-PRduring a match valid for the 6th round of Serie B of the Brazilian Championship. The case happened at the Germano Krüger stadium in Ponta Grossa, Paraná, and caused the game to stop for about 15 minutes.
