The Supreme Court ruled: Pentagon can release thousands of transroding members of the armed forces

On Tuesday, the US Supreme Court ruled on the validity of President Donald Trump’s executive order to ban and membership of transroding people in the army. Based on it, the pentagon may release thousands of members of the armed forces, It writes TASR, according to reports of Reuters, AP and AFP agencies.

The court granted the US Ministry’s request, to annul the March decision of the court of lower instance, which forbade the army to apply the regulation.

The three judges of the Nine -member Supreme Court voted against the US, which were appointed by Democratic Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden. Two judges and one judge appointed Trump during the first term, two George W. Bush and one of his father George Hw Bush.

According to the President, the sexual identity of transrodal soldiers is “in violation of the soldier’s obligation to lead an honest, true and disciplined lifestyle”. During his inauguration, Trump announced that his administration recognized the existence of only two sexes.

Judge Benjamin Hale Settle from the District Court in Tacoma, Washington, blocked the President’s order after the complaints concerned and described as offensive and discriminatory. In a 65-page decision, he stated that the government did not provide evidence that transroding soldiers would negatively affect military readiness or coherence of units. In addition, the decree violates one of the amendments to the US Constitution.
