This time we present to you the spring installment of this baking, here is two -colored Tulip cakes. His preparation takes little time, and the effect will definitely delight every gourmand. The baking is moist, fluffy, and in addition it contains only cheap ingredients, which you already like in your kitchen.
Before you start baking, get the right form. 33 x 11 cm baking tray will work best. To prepare this dough, you will need the following ingredients:
- 4 eggs,
- 200 g cukru,
- 125 ml of vegetable oil,
- 125 ml of milk,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 320 g of wheat flour,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa,
- A pinch of salt.
Water all ingredients to room temperature. Grate eggs with sugar until a light, fluffy mass. Add oil, milk and vanilla extract to eggs. Mix with a spatula to combine the ingredients.
Sift bars to the egg mass. Sypkie products – flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Gently mix the dough with a spatula. Divide the dough into two parts in a 2: 1 ratio. In a smaller part, mix in cocoa.
Liberate and sprinkle with flour a 30 cm long keksówka. Pour half the light cake into it. Carefully put a cocoa cake to it. Put the rest of the light dough on top.
Immerse the knife or skewer stick in the dough, in the middle of one of the short sides of the bastard. Put the tool quite deeply, but so as not to touch the bottom. Drag them along the form towards the other end of the keksówka.
Put the dough in the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for about 40 minutes (to a dry stick). Cool on a grid.
