In an unprecedented agreement between the Union and the Government, the community will be entitled to areas of the north of São Paulo. It is the first shared management hit of State Park and Indigenous Land.
The agreement, mediated by the Federal Public Prosecution Service, will be celebrated at an event on Thursday (8), in the park itself, with the presence of politicians of management and (Republicans).
The pact foresees a joint plan of territorial administration, with mutual commitments to guarantee environmental preservation of the area.
