At least two people died and eight others were injured at dawn in Kiev in a new Russian attack on the Ukrainian capital, according to the mayor of the city.
“Two dead in a residential building in the Shevchenko neighborhood of the capital. Fragments of an attack drone fell on the top floor of the five -story building,” Vitali Klitschko said.
