The Federal Deputy (-SP) will preside over a special subcommittee to discuss the proposal of the end of the, in which the paid rest occurs only on Sundays.
The parliamentarian is the author of the PEC (proposal for amendment to the Constitution), divided into four days of work and three rest, and the end of the 6×1 scale.
The subcommittee was created on Tuesday (7) by the House’s Labor Commission, chaired by Deputy Leo Prates (PDT-BA). The collegiate provides for the holding of public hearings and seminars to discuss the change in workers’ journey.
“We are facing one of the most urgent and transformative guidelines in the world of work,” says Hilton. “The 6×1 model gets sick, precarious and removes from the working class the right to social life and rest. Our task is to update Brazilian law,” he says.
