Esplanade will have reinforced security to monitor pro-anniat

On Wednesday (7), Brasilia will have a strong security and traffic scheme in the center of the federal capital due to the pro-ninety demonstration to those involved in criminal acts of January 8, 2023.

The demonstration is scheduled to start at 16h, on the Monumental Axis, with concentration at the National Arts Foundation (Funarte), near the TV Tower.

From this point, following the schedule, the protesters will go to José Sarney Avenue, in the Esplanade of Ministries, in front of the National Congress, scheduled to arrive at 17h.

Throughout the monumental axis and the Esplanade of Ministries, the march will be accompanied by the Federal District Military Police. Three lanes will be blocked from 16h, but Avenida will flow with vehicle traffic lane.

An electric trio with the members who will speak will be in front of the National Congress, but protesters will not be able to cross until the headquarters of the Legislature.

There will be police barriers in front of Congress to protect public heritage. According to members of the DF Public Security Bureau, there will also be police officers in place and near the Planalto Palace and the Federal Supreme Court.

The Cavalry of the PM and the Shock Battalion will also be ready, according to the DF Action Plan.

Presence of Bolsonaro

The doctors ordered former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) not to attend this act organized by the opposition in defense of the amnesty of those who participated in the attacks on the three powers on January 8, 2023.

Former first lady Michelle Bolsonaro and the two sons of former president, Flávio and Carlos, senator and deputy, respectively, should participate in the demonstration, according to Pastor Silas Malafaia, responsible for organizing the event.
